The society is good. Locality name is Nashkar Para. Local Spencer is in the premises. It is only 5mins(maximum) walking distance from Bansdroni (Masterda Surjya Sen) Metro Station. The only problem according to me is the width of the road connecting it with NSC Bose Road. It is prone to traffic jam.

Staffs are very Well mannered, Place is difficult to find out, you have walk straight from k.c.das towards central Avenue income tax office after 6/7 miniute of walk crossing income tax office there is a left side lane through which at the end turn you get that place on left hand no sign board its like a factory shed one tin gate is there.

Excellent housing complex. Lot of green landscape inside good for children’s to play. It’s still developing but will soon become a very good and affordable living space.

I find the complex to be remarkably affordable while maintaining a high level of comfort. The residence has become people comfort zone, thanks to the thoughtful planning and design. From the beginning, the developers have been incredibly helpful and cooperative. Their employees, whom I’ve interacted with, are not only polite but also remarkably helpful. It’s rare to encounter such a level of professionalism and courtesy.

Being a flat owner Im enjoying the Lovely ambience! Pocket friendly flats with all amenities (upcoming) and the builder i.e. Vishnu Group, is very cooperative. We are organising Durga Puja on a large scale along with Cultural programmes. The Ambience of the Happy Homes V is getting better & better with each passing day.
